I got my panels from them in 7/ 2017 and was told Id get my clean energy and batteries. they never finished the job with the clean energy or my batteries. I'm still paying monthly payments for the job that's not finished. So know what do I do to get the job finished since I'm paying for it.

As you can see from all of the previous reviews Priv-Energy is horrible. Since my installation in March 2018 (today is 5/18/20) my expensive battery is not working properly. I have exhausted all efforts to reach this company. Finally I have a tech from LG coming out to take a look at my situation. If you have an issue with your Priv_Energy solution try reaching out to the manufacturer (Solar Edge, LG) and not the reseller (Priv_Energy) if you want any sort of resolution. My solar system went down with no generation for the past 2 months, Priv Energy can not be contacted, their phone has been disconnected, and my system is less than a year old! /i was also unable to find their Fresno CA office, the telephone does not connect, same for their Fort Lauderdale FL office. They all seem to have disappeared!!! I agree with the last 3 reviews this year. They appear to be a sham company now and I am at a loss as to how I can get my system repaired, I guess their warranty has no value, maybe crime does... read more

We have been having trouble with our solar not working properly in the afternoons. It seems like the Westside install has not been registering at all. We have been trying to contact the Company and have not been able to because their phone numbers have all been disconnected and I have left emails. Since this company has a F rating I could see why because we can’t get a hold of them and they were supposed to do any repairs free of charge when ever something arises with our solar. This company since day 1 has not fulfilled their promise to fix the problems with my Solar Panel,. It has been going on since I puchased/financed them. Upon numerous email, telephone calls, and ever so often a conversation to come check my panel because I am still paying outrageous electric bills. I was told they would pay me the offset difference, or even "tweak it" so that my Bill's would get smaller. The salesman came out and I explained what I wanted. This isn't my first solar home. It was explained in detail and he assured me the company would meet the needs. It never happened. I am still paying a large SRP bill monthly. I tried to get someone to speak to me about it and all Kathy did was yell at me. They damaged my garage wall and broke roof tiles and never came back to repair or replace. Again the phone calls are going unanswered. Last spring 2018 I asked for a quote for solar panel. They had a sales man that came by when I for got and wasn't able to make the appointment when the salesman came by. My wife asked the salesman a couple of questions about the solar panels. She asked, We had a wind storm that blew a bunch of roof shingles off our roof and she told him we are having an insurance adjuster come out.What if we need the panels removed to put the new roof on. Very disappointing service overall from Priv-Energy Group. Some of the individuals are kind and try to be helpful, but follow-through and completion of work in a timely manner just doesn't happen. Each step along the way there were delays and things that should have been avoidable. Now, with panels installed, still awaiting the included service for air duct cleaning. Friendly and apologetic repeatedly. Oh well.

We were very skeptical about getting solar and which company to do business with. After much research, we decided on Priv Energy. They have done a great job of of taking us from "Paper to Power" as they say. Our energy consultant explained things thoroughly where we could understand it fully. It was obvious this was the only intelligent decision to make.
