I give this office a 0!!! I have had nothing but issues with this office. I read the reviews but decided to try anyway, a mistake. Most appointments we would wait an hour for a 3 minute online appointment. My daughter is due for a refill on meds that she needs and I can't get in touch with anyone. I have left 4 messages over the last two weeks. I'm now left to find and get her into a new Dr, without the meds she needs. Maybe she closed the practice? “Saw” (virtually) my daughter 2 weeks ago. Spent, maybe 10 minutes with her. Collected her money, and never called in the script.
Horrible pill pushing doctor in it for the money. Will not prescribe meds for more than 3 months and will not refill unless you see her. Good luck getting an appointment or return call while she sits at home collecting her money per visit.
This office is a disaster….they have made numerous mistakes on prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, on dosages and refills. This happened to me again today. They will claim to not understand what the mistake is about. The office staff could care less. Total incompetence from a foreign medical school graduate. Be forewarned what you are in for if you use this “doctor”. And be prepared to pay through the nose for 3 minutes on the phone with Sahgal.
Conducts 2 minute med checks by internet for $150. That is the actual contact time....2 minutes. This includes 3 months refills, after which you must repeat the process. Sassy receptionist.
Very poorly run practice. Not only forced to wait hours for a 5 minute med check, but her miscommunication resulted in incorrect prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. A total mess for me to straighten out. Office staff incompetent, unhelpful. Avoid this doctor if possible. No information about her specialty training, if any, on Medical Board website.
I have been seeing Dr. Sahgal for over 15 years. She also has treated my son. She is a fantastic psychiatrist and while yes there is always a wait and more then not a lengthy one it is well worth it! Her office staff is very nice and helpful too.
Timeliness is not a priority in this office at all! Dr. Sahgal is really quite a great doctor, but when you have an appointment at 9 AM and don't leave the office until nearly 11:15 AM when you only sit with her for approximately 10 minutes - this is out of control. It has gotten way worse over the years. I truly think they over book and don't plan on having any issues. Great doctor, but very poorly run office
I've been a patient for over 13 years. There has always been a wait. But, now it's ridiculous!!! Over 3 hours...really!!! In the past she has always tried to help me. Now she's just going through the motions. It seems to be all about money and not the patient!!! I'm incredibly disappointed. I need a new doctor!!!
