Both Julie the office manager AND Diana the billing "manager" should be removed from the field of customer service. Their tone and way of speaking to humans is disgusting and derogatory. If you don't like dealing with the public, find a new job. I will gladly file an official complaint with the State of Michigan. Truly doesn't pay to not treat people with kindness.
I would gladly leave 1 star if possible. The medical team is incredible and my family is highly pleased with them. Unfortunately, there was an error with the billing department and upon contacting I was connected with Diana who was EXTREMELY rude. I will be removing all my family's business from this company and will be posting on all social medias letting people know about the disgrace from their employees.
