RecommendedWe stayed at Summer Breeze in July. It was all that we could've wanted and was perfectly close to the beach. I wish Pristine Properties the best after Michael has wrought such devastation.

We're just finishing up another great stay at Wramblin Wreck. We had some issues, and Pristine was prompt in their response. We've been in the same house for 6 years now, and hope to get it for 6 more. Thanks Cape San Blas, we had an awesome time.
Negative 5 stars .I will find out who owns the property we are staying and let them know exactly the issues with their property ! Flooded living room , boardwalk broken, kid fell on it! Will also write the bbb and will contact manager and demand refund ! Been waiting on maintenance for 5 hours . Property manager what a JOKE. Not to mention ac doesn’t work in master and bathroom water pressure trickles, house keeping was a major issue as well!
Very poor management group! When we arrived at Absolute Heaven after 4 pm our first day the place was a wreck! It had not been cleaned. After calling twice and getting the same excuses of lack of help, two people and a baby showed up to clean. 20 minutes later they were walking out the door? We have been cleaning ever since! Couches were so nasty we covered them with sheets. They sent a carpet cleaning crew over and they let our 4 pound dog out the door!! Very lucky he was spotted and returned. Was very disappointed to be greeted when we arrived by a large number of dead roach bugs throughout the condo and one even alive in our coffee cup.The unit was definitely not “Pristine” as the name implies. There were rusty nails sticking up on the deck and a dip cup filled with cigarettes was on one of the decks.Accommodations were sufficient but not sure I would be willing to take my chances on this happening again.
