We rented a unit from Pristine. The elevator broke on the first day of our stay and Pristine NEVER came to fix it. My mom, who had sever balance issues, was with us and almost fell down the steps at one point. Never got moved, never got any apologies, nothing! I will NEVER rent from Pristine ever again!
