I find it reprehensible that in this time of international crisis, you will not credit or refund the booking fees for people who are trying to do the responsible thing and stay home. We should be encouraging and thanking these people for being willing to change their plans for the benefit of our communities, and you are doing the opposite. Shame.

We stayed at A Mac Shack on Indian Pass 7/27 to 8/3/19. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful home and beach. The weather was incredible. Hope to return many times in the future
First of all “600” steps to the beach is a flat out lie. Well maybe if you trespassed in others property it might be. But it’s two blocks THEN 600 steps. Second even though I paid for the week they allowed others into the property not just once but 2 DAYS in a row, despite my protests. The answer I got when I told them I in no way wanted people in our rental house, was to offer to kick us out!
