Just got back from CSB, staying at a house we rented through Pristine Properties. We’ve stayed at this house twice before without any issues. However, it is clear that this property is not being maintained properly. The kids room was missing an entire set of bunk beds...leaving us with 2 beds for 3 kids. This is an honest review for Pristine Properties and the Island Idyl house. My family along with my best friend’s family recently stayed at this house. Booked our house in Mexico Beach 5 months in advance only to have management call us 2 weeks before our vacation to tell us the house wasn’t going to be available because they were getting new furniture. Then they move us to a place off the beach on the 4th floor of a condominium! With only two weeks notice we couldn’t find another place so we had to take it. Piss poor service to say the least. Will never book with these people again!
Horrible! Doesn’t handle any of issues on vacation. They are useless! Manager refused to contact us or staff wouldn’t resolve any issues! Don’t waste your money or time on them. Ruined our vacation
I made the first installment on a rental in Cape San Blas in January for an end of May outing intended to include extended family in Louisiana and Georgia. I was optimistic. But because my wife has asthma and my daughter in law is pregnant we canceled. They took more than $1000 from me without even a partial refund or a credit.

Not giving a refund when someone can’t take the vacation because they are in the high-risk population (for COVID19) is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Be prepared for lawsuits, and deaths on YOUR conscience. Despicable.
