Our daughter had ear tubes placed this morning . Every single member of the staff at the outpatient surgery was absolutely amazing. Every person involved in her surgery came to meet us and all were friendly, happy, and welcoming. Thank you all so much! We had an amazing experience!! Plus, the fleet of cars in the surgery waiting area is pretty much the best thing ever!
I had the most awesome experience here on yesterday. Everyone was so nice to my son and they took great care of him.
I have been to Palmetto Health Children's Hospital twice now on two separate occasions. Each time was with a different child but both were for orthopedic surgery and the care my children received was exceptional! The doctors, the nurses, the receptionist who called with updates; they were all phenomenal. The care and the time they took to explain things not only to my husband and me but to the kids as well was reassuring. I could not have asked for anything better.
