Recommended5 Stars PRISMA is a hidden gem. So quiet and peaceful with lots of beautiful amenity spaces and lush gardens throughout. The location and service are also great. I will miss the view from my kitchen window and all my hummingbird friends.
Great place to live and good staffs at leasing office
Prisma is the best apartment complex bar none. Amazing apartments/amenities, a kind and gracious staff and monthly "neighborhood" get-togethers with free food, drinks and entertainment. What more could I ask for? Huge shout outs to James, Joseph, Juan and Tanya:-)

Moved here in June and have loved it! Amazing amenities, friendly staff, new apartment units, and they even throw events for the apartment community every several weeks! It’s also in a great location right by Main Place Mall and close to many other stores and attractions!
Where to begin? My experience at PRISMA has been nothing short of amazing. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The overall vibe of the community is very high end luxury with a calm and relaxing vibe. I have toured multiple other communities that have similar amenities and layouts and PRISMA is hands down the BEST. It is also more on the affordable end compared to their competition!
I went to a tour and the apartments are amazing! Joseph is the one who helped me and my wife with the information, he was so kind, and answered all our questions. We got in love with the apartments, unfortunately we have to wait, until we can request... until our contract in the apartments that we live ends. Definitely we want to come back!
