We bought a used Nissan with the promise that certain future services were provided by the dealership for free. We were also told the car had just been serviced. The dash of the car confirmed the oil had just been changed. The windshield wiper fluid reservoir, however, was empty. We never got around to filling the reservoir before the next oil change was due. When the time came, the dealer changed the oil for free, as promised, but failed to top off the wiper fluid ... again. Either they don't provide the quality of service ... read more
Their parts department personnel are rude and condescending.
RecommendedAn employee in the service department made an error that caused an oil leak in my CX-5 after I got home. The service manager handled it beautifully even though I was pretty annoyed at the disruption from cleaning up the leak and having to return the car for service. I had a chance to talk with the mechanic directly. And manager promised to pay for cleanup of the oil. I thought it was a Gold Star in complaint resolution. This is by far one of the worst Mazda dealerships I have ever come across. I am in the market for a CX-5 and dealt with a representative under the title "Mazda priority". When simply asking for the break down of a delivered price, I was appalled at the processing fee being very close to $1,000 and told the representative I would take my business elsewhere due to this. This place has very poor service the salesman are very I mean very unprofessional. I came in to Mazda to trade in my car the gentleman who helped me told me that we will not be able to help you. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE SCORE I WOULD. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. EVEN WORSE THAN THE GOVERNMENT.
