Arrived for my first scheduled service (oil change/tire rotation) appointment (May 4, 1pm est) with Priority Mazda, which was confirmed via tex and email 24 (May 3) and 48 (May 2) hours prior. And was told, I had no appointment and that my options were to drop off the car until Monday (May 6), wait 2-3 hours, or to kick sand. I choose the latter. Terrible service with no accountability, I will make it a Priority to go elsewhere.

I bought my Mazda 6 from Haider in 2016. The sales phase was as good as I would have expected. Haider was low pressure and very informative. The financing phase had it's ups and downs but in the end I walked away feeling at peace with my purchase and terms. Mateen was awesome helping my husband and I get our new CX5. He answered all our questions and he did not pressure us into a purchase. The manager who we worked with was also very nice and honest.
