I love the care we have been given by the pediatric staff, however, scheduling is a JOKE. In the last 11 months I’ve yet to be able to schedule a same day ill appointment. The walk in clinic is also a mess- come with a sick child and sibling and wait for over an hour. No thanks. We will be changing our provider soon to someone who can actually see us when we are sick.

Been trying to schedule a sick appointment for my kid for days now. I call when the first open and they say they are full every time. Have to keep bringing him to urgent care. Even try to schedule a follow up and they say they can’t do that.
Long wait for scheduling a sick child appointment, could barely hear the scheduler, sounded as if she had just woken up. Earliest appointment available is at 11:00a.m. For any working parent, this is a terribly inconvenient time. I feel as though I have been the lowest on their priority list for years now. I suggest looking at your options before dealing with this office.
