Love this office! Both my children have been going here since birth. Dr Rodger's is amazing! I recommend this office to all my friends. :)
I couldn't be happier with the care given to my daughter since the day she was born. We were greeted each time with our names and all knew our daughter well. Dr Billharz is amazing! We have relocated to St Louis and miss them dearly.
Speaking from my experience, Dr. Morrison has helped me and my babies on numerous occasions in the past and I completely trust her judgment.
Your phone tree system is terrible and I only get messages answered about 2 out of 3 times. Your phone tree system neither "improves response time or improves customer service" as you suggest. Patient care is great one on one, but getting a call in or out is like winning the lottery, and our kids have seen you guys a long time.
Phones are always down! So frustrating when trying to make appts and talk to a nurse when your little ones are sick!
Best doctor we have had since my kids have been born
They always take great care of our boys and the nurses give great advice over the phone!
