ASSAULTED BY SALES AGENT I would like to share my experience with you guys since Priority Acura was not responsive to my requests to speak with management about a sales agent assaulting me. Several emails and phone calls were made to Amber Alcaraz, customer relations and Stacy Cummings, VP: I was physically assaulted during my last visit EVER to Priority Acura on 11/15/2021. Great sales, horrible registration experience I would love to give Priority 5 stars based on Mike Lee’s exceptional customer service alone. However, this dealership proved to be incompetent and dishonest with regards to registering my new car in California. I was helping a parent through a medical crisis and decided to purchase / drive home a new Acura - to avoid an expensive rental car and potential COVID on an airplane. Took my 2016 Acura ILX which only has a little over 55... Took my 2016 Acura ILX which only has a little over 55 thousand miles on it, in for an oil change and transmission fluid change, now the suspension and steering are making noises, it never made prior to having it serviced at this location, what the heck did they do. I only asked for a oil change and Transmission fluid change nothing to do with my suspension. I am very disappointed

rip off about free oil change I came for a free oil change on my Lexus RX 350.... but in the end it cost me $400 ! My Lexus was in great condition with no leaks.

Worst car buying experience I have to first start by saying I purchased my first car at a Priority Honda 14 years ago and had an amazing experience so it comes as a shock that I have to write this review....I searched for my next new car for several weeks, and decided to buy my first Acura. Over charged for services that didn't never perform! Before you leave that property ground bring the mechanic out for inspection.And the sales writer named Jessi Siebert.Your Vehicle performance show n tells. If the work was ever preformed at all.. And then go and charge $1.801.92..Rip off company...Never again !

Horrible Customer Service The latest appointment Priority Acura will take for an oil change is 4pm. I work until 4pm THREE blocks away. I scheduled my appointment online and as a courtesy called to make sure I could be 5 minutes late (5 minutes to get three blocks down the street). I was told no, I would need to reschedule. Reschedule for when?...I work until 4 every day. No other solution was offered. Just a simple no, 4:05 will be too late. Really disappointing service. NEVER AGAIN in this lifetime!!! I truly hate that I have to give such a poor review, but Priority Acura is playing with my credit at this point. I went on 2/25/19 to turn in my lease and get a brand new car, yet they failed to let Acura Financial know that I did this. So, it looks like I have 2 Acura's when I don't, and they also failed to make the final payment as promised on the vehicle that I turned in.
