The product was delivered as promised but the ink coverage wasn't as heavy as I would have liked. overall it was ok, but the color wasn't saturated enough, some heavily colored areas were faded. It is no doubt due to the quality of the sheet it was printed on, which albeit is meant to be disposable. Was hoping it would all east equal the quality of my desktop printer.
The order was correct although there was a delay on the delivery but over all it was great and easy to connect with their customer service. I will order from this vendor again in the future.
The final product (branded ribbons) looked great. But the process of getting them to us on time was pretty bumpy. Our account rep had to do a mad scramble when the factory blew the delivery date and did not mention it to us (until the day these were supposed to have arrived) or the account **** ************* panicked when it appeared we weren't going to have these in time for our charity golf tournament.
