Susan at PrintGlobe is a great account manager! She was attentive, quick and extremely easy to work with. She answered all my questions and made the process of ordering my product enjoyable. I will definitely be ordering from Susan and PrintGlobe again!
Service was excellent, my contact was super helpful. The reason I didn't rate them higher is the item I ordered was supposed to be printed on two sides. The items I received were one-sided. They missed that detail. This was not a complex order or project. I did get refunded for what turned into an overcharge, but I needed the items for a specific event so I couldn't return them.
Excellent service and selection. Customer service is great. My only complaint is there are no shipping alternatives and in my case charges were exorbitant.
My account manager was quick and easy to work with, and we loved the finished product.

We were celebrating our Pastor Anniversary and wanted to make church fans. We were on a very tight deadline when contacted Print Globe. Made a second order of 3000 rain ponchos. They were supposed to come in pouch with our logo. They come loose in boxes. We can not sell or display them like this. When we contacted them they tried to say we didn't order pouches. I have emails that clearly state that we did. Instead of making it right they argued with us for weeks It cost me about $800 to have on of our employees to put them in the pouches the finally sent us. I will never do business with them again

I dealt with Matt and he was awesome. He answered my questions, gave great guidance and was able to deliver the exact product we were looking for. The quality and color were very good and were a big hit at our health and safety event. Matt was very professional throughout our transaction and I will be using your company again for more promotional items in the future, if I can contact Matt!
