Printer Repair Depot Highly recommended. Lots of help with a broken down laser printer. Even advanced technicians will have problems with printers at some point.

Worthless on HP Products Terrible customer service from these guys. While they might be capable at repairing small consumer (disposable ) printers, they do not demonstrate much technical ability on high end HP printers (and that's when they bother to show up and not flake on a service call). Save yourself the headache, call HP and have them recommend a qualified repair facility.
Fuser Exchange & New Toner Answered my call promptly, stated that repair identification is at no cost and gave good direction of location. Found easily, came out to car and told me on the spot the problem, and could give me a price after searching for part.
Printer Repair Depot is HIghly Recommended When our laser printer started making loud obnoxious noises I went on a search for a local repair shop and came across this company.
Printer Repair Depot is Unreliable I have called them twice and sent them an email. I explicitly explained what my problem was and they said they would get back to me to get my printer in to repair and they never have. It has been almost two weeks since I made my first request. I won't use them and won't recommend them.
very helpfull They were very helpful right off the bat. I called in, spoke with one of their techs about my printer problem and the noise it was making, he gave me some advice of what i can do, when that didnt solve it they were quick to send someone out and got the problem fixed right away. I really liked the fact that they tried to help me on the phone and was plain and honest about it. I would recommend them any day!
very happy I have an HP Officejet L7650 which is my only machine for printing faxing and coping. After spending 2 days fighting with a paperam. I brought it in to thier shop and 2 hours later it was repaired for only $40.00. Way better than buying a new machine, thanks
Saved my trusted Designjet I have a designjet 5000 which i was getting repaired by a company out of Irvine. I was fed up with paying a travel charge for them to come to San Diego. I did some digging online and found these guys. No travel charge and a fixed labor rate, i wasn't sure to believe it or not. But i was very happy that they repaired my carriage belt for the quoted price... now they are more laser printer reair company too..thier employee Jose was friendly and nice, thanks that guy should get a raise
