Thanks for the help I was having problems with my HP Officejet and needed to print up some invitations to my daughters surprise party...i was able to get back my printer in 1 day. This business is very efficent and fast. I like my printer and was not looking to replace it. The cost was $65.00 to repair much better than the cost of a new printer thanks Dan you saved the day

Printer Repair Depot - horrible customer experience! DO NOT USE these guys! I called Printer Repair Depot to have my $7000 color laser printer repaired. At the time I called for the appointment I told him the manufacturer, model and the problem...didn't print any color. They sent over a "so called" technician. He not only had never worked on that printer, he didn't seem to have a clue as to what to do or where to start. He was a very nice guy but was not prepared. He said he would have to go back and find the service manual.... read more

Fuser Exchange & New Toner Answered my call promptly, stated that repair identification is at no cost and gave good direction of location. Found easily, came out to car and told me on the spot the problem, and could give me a price after searching for part. Even though I could've bought the part myself for $50.00 less, they installed it on the spot at no charge, and when my pages continued to show a "repeat image" they offered a great price for the same new toner I just put in. Printer Repair Depot is HIghly Recommended When our laser printer started making loud obnoxious noises I went on a search for a local repair shop and came across this company. They took a look at my printer and figured out what was wrong with it while I waited. They ordered the parts and had it up and running within a couple days. They were gentle with the repair cost as well. Highly recommended!

very helpfull They were very helpful right off the bat. I called in, spoke with one of their techs about my printer problem and the noise it was making, he gave me some advice of what i can do, when that didnt solve it they were quick to send someone out and got the problem fixed right away. I really liked the fact that they tried to help me on the phone and was plain and honest about it. I would recommend them any day!

Well worth the time I thought i would have to replace my hp officejet but these guys fixed it for $40.00 and in 2 days - and for what they said on the phone call - i think everyone should call before buying new

Not worth the aggravation Watch out for these guys. I gave them two stars because they did eventually fix my printer, and so far it works pretty well. Not perfect, but a lot better than when I took it in. That??s the good news. The bad news is everything else about this organization.
