Quick and reliable I depend upon my printer and I freak out when it doesn't work. Twice now these guys have come to my rescue-- quickly and at a very good price. I recommend them.

Not worth the aggravation Watch out for these guys. I gave them two stars because they did eventually fix my printer, and so far it works pretty well. Not perfect, but a lot better than when I took it in. That’s the good news. The bad news is everything else about this organization. When you take your printer in, they’ll tell you they will get back to you in a couple of days with an estimate. Printer Repair Depot Highly recommended. Lots of help with a broken down laser printer. Even advanced technicians will have problems with printers at some point.

Saved my trusted Designjet I have a designjet 5000 which i was getting repaired by a company out of Irvine. I was fed up with paying a travel charge for them to come to San Diego. I did some digging online and found these guys. No travel charge and a fixed labor rate, i wasn't sure to believe it or not. But i was very happy that they repaired my carriage belt for the quoted price... now they are more laser printer reair company too..thier employee Jose was friendly and nice, thanks that guy should get a raise

very happy I have an HP Officejet L7650 which is my only machine for printing faxing and coping. After spending 2 days fighting with a paperam. I brought it in to thier shop and 2 hours later it was repaired for only $40.00. Way better than buying a new machine, thanks

Printer Repair Depot is Unreliable I have called them twice and sent them an email. I explicitly explained what my problem was and they said they would get back to me to get my printer in to repair and they never have. It has been almost two weeks since I made my first request. I won't use them and won't recommend them.

Worthless on HP Products Terrible customer service from these guys. While they might be capable at repairing small consumer (disposable ) printers, they do not demonstrate much technical ability on high end HP printers (and that's when they bother to show up and not flake on a service call). Save yourself the headache, call HP and have them recommend a qualified repair facility.

Save some Money here My HP Laserjet 4000 had a major paper jam. Unfortunately for me, the majority of my work is done with my printer. After two hours of probing and jamming screwdrivers and tweezers into my printer to loosen the paper, I gave up. I found Printer Repair Depot on a list of printer repair places; however the shop is a good 20 mins away from my house, 40 mins with traffic. I called and Jack answered. canon saviors - fast and reasonible i have a canon MP 780 - with a maintenance error..after looking on the computer for 2 hours researching this and trying to get in touch with canon...I called these guys...they charges me $80.00 what they quoted no upsell and got it back to me in 3 days, just call
