I've lived at Princeton Court for about 1 1/2 years. I knew what the area is like and what the rules are before I moved in. The complex is well kept and I've never had any issues with my neighbors and do not know of any crimes committed on property. I obey the rules and pay my rent on time and have never had an issue with management.
Too much snow job in a ghetto area, and watch out for the Angel and Demon playing roles in the Leasing and Administrative office.
I love living here. Except there's this maintenance man that will harass you if you have a dog because he thinks you're the only person with a dog that doesn't pick up after their pet. Great community other then that maintenance man being rude every time you walk your dog.
