I’d advise unless you are completely out of options DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have no issues with the staff however, the water is constantly off and when they turn it on I’m usually without hot water for another 4+ hours. My wife (who is pregnant) and I have has to find alternatives to take showers because of the water being turn off when we got in from work. SO DISGUSTED . IVE FILLED 3 PEST MAITENANCE REQUESTS, HAD MY OWN ROACH WAR. AND CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN TO MANAGER. HE TOLD me that " I don't know why their only in your apartment, no one else has complained, this is so weird. This apartment is the worst I have ever witnessed. When I moved in it was not clean. I could inhale weed being smoked by the neighbor, but they would not fix it. This apartment is a very stressful place to live in. It took more than a month to respond to maintenance. The apartment will tow your vehicle for a minute scratch or defect. My girlfriend's car was towed because it had no wheel cover. The priority of the apartment is very skewed. I would not advice anyone to live in this apartment.
RecommendedI enjoy living at Princeton court a lot. It’s great for my daughter and I and no one bothers us. The new management seems to be getting stuff done. I’ve had more complaints recently because the neighbors upstairs are noisy but the regional, Deborah, said she would handle it.
Infested with Roaches large and small. They crawl over people, bed, and drop in your cooking.
