How in the world is this place number 2 on locals love us? I will never be back. I went in to get old acrylic removed and a dip manicure. The most attention I got was when I first walked in. They left my hands soaking in acetone for 40 minutes, filed my nails subpar, barely did the manicure, then the dip. 4 different nail techs worked on me. I was told the nail tech I asked for had two people waiting already and I had to use someone else. The nail tech I had was not happy she had to work on me and it definitely showed. Also the owner insisted they have to use the drill on my nails even after I told her my nails are thin already and now thinner from getting manicures there. She did it anyway and all my nails broke. I’ve been coming here for 9+ years, today I was very disappointed. Waited for an hour and a half with my hands soaking in a bowl of acetone. They never even acknowledged my mom.Decided to leave after new customers walked in and starting getting service before us. Had to pay $10 for them soaking off 8 of my acrylic nails. I left with 2 nails still attached to my fingers. Never had such poor service. Very sad, this used to be my favorite spot.
