This morning (3/12/2020) I got the worst set of nails I’ve probably ever gotten. I got French acrylics. Every single nail is uneven and not a single nail matches the same finger on the opposite hand. There’s bubbles and black spots on most of my nails too. I kid you not, at least 7 different techs worked on my nails which is ridiculous. One would start a step and someone else would finish it and then they’d all switch out again. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Over an hour wait with NOBODY in front of me i was next that whole time. Then skipped over me to start the person behind me. One hour sitting in the chair with nothing started. Worst service.
Love this place. The owner works right along with the staff and they are so accommodating. Customer service is their number 1 focus.
Excuse me for the extremely long review but this was literally one of the WORST experiences I have EVER had at a nail salon, and you should know what you’re getting yourself into before you walk through those doors🙃 So the first trip my friend and I walk in and not only did it smell like body odor but we barely got a greeting and were told to sit down and wait so we did as we were told. Love this place! Mai is a fabulous business owner. I’ve become friends with her and her staff. Although they are very busy, I assume it is because she’s the best in town. I’ve been going every two weeks for years and I do not plan on going anywhere else!
