I JUST left princess nails. I was treating my mom to get her nails done. We waited for over an hour, they did my nails first and then instead of doing my moms nails they did THREE people who got there AFTER her before they even got to her, she was so mad she got up and left. I’m FURIOUS. I go to princess nails every 2 weeks and I can promise you they won’t be getting my service again.

Before I went to Princess Nails I went to another salon and the tech there refused me service because I have involuntary movements because I have cerebral palsy I’m glad that other salon refused me service because in doing so they helped me find patient and caring nail techs that take the time to accommodate my movements and make me feel good about myself☺️
I was sat in the chair for a pedicure and people who say after me were waited on first. I had the worst pedicure ever. I sat with my feet soaking for 40 minutes. Then I went to do a manicure and it was terrible too. They didn’t do the shape I asked for and the nails were way too thick. Never coming back here again. Took my mom to pamper her for the day before she started chemotherapy. We were very disappointed in the whole experience.

I’m not one to leave a bad review. Every time I’ve gone, it’s over an hour wait for anything. Only one person knows how to do acrylics. I got there at 3pm today and I just left. It’s 5:51pm. I also wanted my toes cut and painted, but she went ahead and did a full on pedicure which is $28 and not what I asked for. My nails are also messy and rushed.
Love this nail place! They are super nice and try to take care of every client quickly. Prices are very reasonable and they make sure you like your nails before you leave.
