I was very satisfied with this practice since everyone was so nice and the wait time was so short. I went in due to a toothache and was promptly seen and given a filling. I signed what was supposed to be my payment total due at that time after they ran my insurance. Two months later..... I get another bill stating I owe more money!! And on top of that my tooth still hurts!! I called to talk about my bill and was told a billing specialist would call me back but after two calls I have yet to hear from someone. Anytime I go to a new dental office, it’s stressful for me. I could not have found a more relaxing, comforting environment than Prince Creek. From the moment I checked in, I was treated both professionally and friendly. My hygienist, Kayla, was fantastic and the dentist was very gentle. I am looking forward to my next visit.
