Do not stay here. We arrived on Thursday and found out that Friday the water would shut off for part of the day. Bathroom was so mildewed you couldn't get the smell out of your nose. The air did not work. The outlets didn't work. Then on Sunday they notify guests by a slip of paper under the door that the water would be off Monday from 4am-noon. People aren't in their rooms all day so that's how you notify people?? A call would have been nice. They offered to move us to another hotel at 9:30 at night. Don't waste your money.... read more
RecommendedMy girlfriend found this hotel as a surprise for halloween and my birthday. I can’t stress enough the exceptional customer service. Johnetta and Toya on Saturday were absolutely fabulous when we checked in. Yes, more outlets would be great but the overall charm of a 19th century nola hotel is to die for. Rooms are full of character and charm compared to larger modern hotels. The location is absolutely incredible. I have found a new home away from home and we HAVE ALREADY BOOKED THREE NIGHTS FOR MARDI GRAS!!!!
Where do i start, they never showed up for maid service there are no extra outlets in the room the shower curtain is moldy there is rust on the tub alot of hair on the hair dryer big hole in the ceiling what the a.c. unit is looks like water damage internet doesn't work tv works when it wants to channels come on and off I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times but this time will be my last i leaving 1 day early because this is so bad
Our first time at the hotel was pretty decent, we decided to stay again this year because of the location, our room this time was not the same quality as our last stay, but the same price, as we checked out and got into our vehicle, we noticed damage by the door, after weeks of emailing back and forth, we were finally paid, but the valet fees were not returned as we requested, since the vehicle was damaged in the care of the valet, we are also out of pocket almost $500 in rental car fees while our vehicle was being repaired.... read more
Love the Prince Conti Hotel. Never stay anywhere else in NOLA.
Amazing staff, excellent service,affordable and the location couldn't be better! Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Definitely recommend! Just an FYI it is a very old hotel-- full of charm and history but still has all the amenities including free wifi that you would expect in a modern hotel. It was my first time visiting and my birthday week- the staff left goodies in my room- talk about hospitality!
Great experience! Loved that the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing and helped us pick some amazing places to eat and visit! Greatly appreciated
This is an excellent hotel for a decent price in the French quarter neighborhood. Several bars right outside the front door, but it was quiet enough that no one was bothersome st night. I would stay here again for sure, when we visit New Orleans again!
