RecommendedExcellent location. All of the staff, from front desk to housekeeping were so polite and helpful. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and our room and bathroom were spotless everyday. Valet drivers were friendly and helpful
Great place to stay. The location is awesome. Close to places to eat and things to do. The hotel makes you feel like your in New Orleans with it's history and style. I have stayed 3 times and have and will be staying with them again very soon. Can't wait!
Great little spot right by all the action of Bourbon St. but surprisingly quiet!
Excellent hôtel, good rates, in the heart of the French Quarter. The BombayClub is a must, even if you don’t reside at the hotel. Nice ambiance.. good drinks.. not those slushy horrors you’ll find on Bourbon St! Glad to have stayed over there!
Recommended through American Express Platinum Travel and booked!! (Next time I would book through the hotel, I just enjoy the recommendations through them) My Mom, Aunt and I had a wonderful stay! The staff was extra helpful and nice and I must say, the crepes in the Cafe downstairs were AMAZING!!!! So close to everything - a block from Bourbon and walking to Canal was no problem, but far enough and positioned perfectly away from noise. Would stay again!

The Hotel is charming, great location in walking distance lots of restaurants, etc. Room was spacious and clean, the was bathroom was small and I was a little disappointed. Checkin was fast and staff very friendly and helpful. If you like to explore Bourbon Street and surrounding areas excellent location.
I stay here every time I come to New Orleans. It's like a second home. I can't wait to come back.
