We have stayed several times over the years. Have had outstanding stay.
We have been frequent visitors of this hotel, usually once a year. Each time, it seems to get worse and worse. This time was no exception. Bad plumbing, terrible linen, and the icing on the cake was when the valet person lost my jacket and sent it home with another visitor. Now mistakes happen but the staff, until i met the manager, Tim- who was super, was so condescending and seems to not really care. The temp deppped dramatically and i was without a coat. This was the worst place we had to leave and get another hotel. When we get there they had just shampooed the carpet and the smell gave me a headache � so I had to leave. The pictures are from years ago when it first opened. It has the possibility to be a nice place it they take up all the carpet and do a complete remodel.
It is great place to stay close to everything. The staff was great.
