Went for my wife's 50th b'day, room was FANTASTIC!!!!! Staff was right there any time we needed them, even delivered a bottle of champagne to our room!! Will always stay there!
Staff was wonderful. Location amazing. My only complaint was the TV channels. They went in & out a lot but I guess you don't stay in the French quarter to watch tv in your hotel room.
What a wonderful place to stay! Quaint and authentic furnishings. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Safe and clean. Would recommend it and would stay again! Crepes at the restaurant were amazing!
The location of this hotel was great and for the price, it worked well for what we needed. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately However, a piece of jewelry was stolen from our hotel room. I notified the front desk and they handled it well. It was referred to the owner and they said they looked into it, but can say with certainty exactly what time housekeeping was in and out, and my necklace was gone. Beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. On check in, the front desk clerk gave me a map and highlighted all the kid friendly places to go since I had my grand daughters with me. I will definitely choose this hotel again.
