Everyone treated us like we were appreciated. Very nice room.
This hotel was one amazing stay. We were first timers in New Orleans. We were suppose to take my nephew so my parents room was going to have two beds. My nephew didn't go so the front desk clerk was very awesome by giving my parents a single bed room. That was pretty cool. The staff gave us various places to visit and made us feel welcomed. We are planning another trip and this is the hotel we will be staying at. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.
Great experience with this hotel. Staff is great. Location is 5 stars. Hotel is older so if you're looking for Hilton type of hotel don't go, if you're looking for great location and a place to sleep this is it.
RecommendedGREAT location, so close to many things in walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful in recommending places to go, see, visit, and enjoy. I will definitely stay there again.
