Unreasonably slow service
WOULD GIVE ONE STAR IF I COULD. WORSE PRIMOS LOCATION EVER. Ordered online for a 1245 pickup. Got my food at 150pm. Stood there for over an hour and had to repeatedly give my name. When I got back to work- a simple request to cut it, wasn't even done. Should have just asked for a refund.
Waste of time to walk over because I wanted to try just to be ignored because your cashiers in a grumpy mood. Maybe sent her to empathy training or mood management training. Wasn’t meant to be won’t be making this attempt again.
Food ready an hour after time they said I could pick up. Girl working the counter no empathy or customer service skills. Worst primos experience I’ve ever had. Apparently walks ins get priority
Ive been eating at this location for over 16 years and every single time has been amazing. I typically get a turkey wrap and the ingredients are always high quality and abundant. I recently ate at the location on 21st and chestnut and was so disappointed I made a special trip back here. 10/10 no notes.
