Horrible. They don't know how to follow directions. This is the 3nd time I've been at this location. Asked for extra oil. Got NONE! Ever had a dry hoagie? It's not good. Thank God I had a good olive oil at home. It helped a little. Onions seemed old. They had a weird taste. Most of it ended up in the trash. My olive oil couldn't even help this dry mess.

Unreasonably slow service
WOULD GIVE ONE STAR IF I COULD. WORSE PRIMOS LOCATION EVER. Ordered online for a 1245 pickup. Got my food at 150pm. Stood there for over an hour and had to repeatedly give my name. When I got back to work- a simple request to cut it, wasn't even done. Should have just asked for a refund.
