This is a PSA to all consumers. DO NOT USE Prime Time Windows and Gutter Cleaning is not only not thrust worthy they are SCAMMERS!! I used Angie’s List to get a quote from Prime Time Windows and Gutter Cleaning and another company to power-wash my entire house, fencing, and surrounding sidewalk. Disappointing customer service! Technician arrived half an hour after the 2-hr appointment time. Wanted to increase the price which was agreed upon, at the time of scheduling. Office saw windows in front from property address. Tech did not see any windows in back. Refused to clean exterior frame which holds the glass panes. I did not expect the tech to clean screens or the tracks which are accessible from indoors. Had to reschedule. On that day, no arrival and no call. DO NOT USE! Quite the bait and switch. After being given pricing and a quote over the phone, they came to my house and doubled their cost. They do not provide a clear pricing breakdown...and this is purposeful. You aren't paying for window cleaning; only "glass" cleaning. Any element of a window other than glass is a separate charge...screens, sills, tracks, doors, mullions, basement windows, etc. Of course, none of this is stated at the time of price quote. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used a coupon for gutter cleaning over 8 years ago. While the job was okay, they have called me every 4-6 months without my permission. Each time, I asked them to stop calling me and remove me from their list. To no avail, they just won't stop!! Do not use this company! They will forever telemarket you. Absolutely no respect!!!!

Do not use. Called for morning appointment. Time was scheduled for afternoon. Didn't show up. Called for status, finally someone came after 5 and just finished before dark. Tried to get a fall clean up. Made appt., but no one showed. Called multiple times. They kept "stalking" me with advertising but no one ever showed even after a few days of trying to reschedule. Do not use this company. They may have once been a reliable service, but now only provide harassment.

I asked for an estimate. I never got one. Instead they came and did the work. The prices were higher than local places and if I had known the price I would have gone elsewhere.

I have asked this company over 25 times in the past 5+ years to remove me from their call list but they never do. They hound me and stalk me relentlessly!! I used them once but not ever again for this simple customer service request they can't seem to fulfill. It is illegal to keep calling me after I asked to be removed and clearly that means nothing to them. I hear from them more than family and friends. It is truly maddening!!

If I could give negative star to this business, I would. I hired them to clean the gutters of my 3 floor building. I specifically told the person on the phone that I wanted to be called 30 minutes before they got to my building, because I wanted to be home when they did. The people they sent called me when they were done. Guy supposedly went up with and cleaned. Yet I continued to have the same rain water overflow as before their "clean up" was done.
