I was scheduled for a crew to arrive between 8am-10am yesterday. At ****am I called and was advised the first job they did ran over time, but they would be there by 1130am-12n. When that time had passed, I got a call saying that they would arrive by 2pm. There is no way that the other job went four hours past 10am! This November l set up an appointment with Prime Time to clean our gutters. They gave me a quote of $128. When they showed up they changed the price to $170. I was forced to let them do the job. because the gutters had to be cleaned and there was no time to get another company (Winter is setting in).In my request I made it quite clear that it was 2 story house and all they had to clean was the second-floor gutters. hello, beware of this primetime window cleaning company.not only do they lie to you, they dont have any idea of how to follow up with you. i scheduled a gutter cleaning because they sent me a email for service.the service man they sent out was a day early, and had no idea of what i wanted done, other than cleaning the gutters, as i had requested a gutter guard install also.poor guy, they were sending him to jobs that were already cancelled, so they sent him to me on that day which was a day early.the gutter install is a two ... read more

This is an absolutely unethical and unprofessional company to work with. They sent us the cost in writing and I wrote back clarifying it should actually be $20 more because I wanted two (not one) window ***** cleaned. They came and rushed through cleaning all our gutters and two window *****. They spend a dismal 30 minutes and then charged us $100 more without any reason or prior notification. On June 21,2021 I called to make an appointment to have my gutters cleaned. I've used them before . I have a small townhouse attached to my neighbor I have 3 sides. They were out here before so they knew my house. The guy that I spoke to asked me what did I pay last year and I said don't you know he said it will be $130 to clean, now last time it was $100 but I didn't argue and made the appt. for June 22,2021. I had this company clean my gutters for me the last few years and now they want to clean my bank account. In June, I called them to clean the gutters (around $150). A young man came out. I mentioned that one of my downspouts was clogged. He said it would be $30 (over $160 on the invoice for a crappy job). He then showed a picture of a small tree branch growing in the gutter and asked if I wanted it removed. He quoted some low price so I said OK ($122 or more on invoice). They were pushy on the phone making a reservation, The cleaners were abrupt and very rushed in their service. They added charges to the bill at the last minute (for french doors that were there all along). it was hard to see that they had done any cleaning at all. I'll never go back to them. David

Their window cleaning service was good, Their power washing service was terrible, they never delivered on the coupons and my house looks worse after they power washed it then when they started. They no showed twice. Failed to call or text they were not coming and did not answer emails for days. Mr. Dron refused to discuss with me compensation or the coupon for $50.00 off the price and when I sent him photos of the poor job the technician had performed they blamed us saying our house looked that way before he started.
