Will Call is a complete joke. Closed from "1-2pm"...they wont even acknowledge your existence...then they all drag their feet so they're really closed from 1pm-2:15pm. Expect delays and for employees to walk right past you while you wait
It will take 4-5 hours to unload food with you, people are terribly slow.
