NEVER NEVER NEVER !!!! They changed for the own mess just putting putty to fill in holes on the wall.....APT. was spotless when we left it....The Funky Refund was a Joke!!!!!!! Office Staff is Nice .
DO NOT USE FOR MANAGEMENT OF YOUR PROPERTIES. Had issues from the get go with my operating statements. Errors were always double charging me or to their benefit. They sell you on their own in-house maintenance staff that can get your turnovers done quickly, but they charge inflated costs and put their own properties first on turnover, so yours sits. On many turnovers, they didn't even inspect the house until 2 weeks after the tenant moved out, so I had an automatic 1 month's vacancy before they even listed the property. Also... read more
Robyn and the rest of the Prime Team should rename the business name to Heaven Sent!!!! Everyone in the office were professional, respectful, and went over the mountain and back for me and my family. I felt like my family was theirs. Try Prime Properties, whatever the outcome, they all will do everything possible to make sure that your transition goes smoothly
