Come here frequently for injections. Only thing I would hope for is the turn over to slow. I’ve been coming for years and it would be nice to see a consistent face for longer than 6 months
I had my first IV infusion with prime IV. I opted for the Myers Cocktail drip with some additional items in iv and injection. My nurse, Ami was awesome. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and received the best care. My oxygen as a bit low and she recommended that I do the oxygen while I do my IV which I did. Olivia was a great and wonderful nurse. She knew I had a bad headache so she offered me an ice pack and extra time in the massage chair, Prima truly cares about the people who whom they serve
Charli was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. Her professionalism and compassionate attitude made the experience so much better. I highly recommend Charli to anyone looking for exceptional service!
