I've come here over a year and came in as a walk in. A lady comes in at 1:06 while I am talking with the nurse to finalize which iv i want and the nurse starts talking to the lady about her 1 p.m. appointment says she will be back and leaves me to do an iv for the lady and talk to her about what options she wants. The customer is late and you seriously just leave me rather than asking them to wait a moment please because they are late? I left after waiting and going to cancel my membership.

So grateful for this place! I was massively dehydrated which makes my stomach condition (and everything) worse. They let me do a walk in and customized my treatment to what was best for what I had going on. It was quick and so peaceful. The massage chairs were also the best. Super clean and my nurse Tori was such a delight.
Tori is the BEST!!!! So helpful and made me feel so at home. 10/10 recommend
Prime IV Merrifield exceeded my expectations from the moment I first walked in. It is beautiful and very clean. I came here after a bad experience at a different IV place, and Tori the nurse is very knowledgeable and took such great care of me. The owner Nida is very nice and made sure I enjoyed my entire experience here. I felt very happy and taken care of like I went on a vacation, especially with the massage chairs. I highly recommend Prime IV in Vienna to everyone for IV therapy!
