I had a great first experience with Marcus at this location. He was friendly and not aggressive. I told him what I wanted and we had come to a deal in less than 15 minutes after settling on the car. I was clear that I had my plans and he respected my time and did not push me on something I didn’t want or need. I would recommend this location and more specifically Marcus. Someone with more than 20 years of selling.
Had a great experience with Sam Taylor and the rest of the staff in the service department. My car needed a new engine that was covered by a third party warranty company who was impossible to deal with. But they took great care of my car and made sure I was all taken care of. I would definitely recommend them
Just had my car serviced at Prime and had a new battery put in my 2015 Hyundai Veloster. The customer service I experienced was one of the best I have ever encountered at a dealership! Thank you thank you I will be back!
