Having a hell of a time working with the finance manager over a cancelled warranty. He hasn’t returned messages left -and has no voicemail on his office line. Will be taking my car to Brockton for service. I thought they were reputable!
This is the price online on multiple websites and the manager wouldn’t honor the price and wanted to charge 17,900. So not go here. Wouldn’t even negotiate.

Very good service at Prime Hyundai!! They replaced my axels, and no more terrible noises while driving. Great communication and explanation regarding the required work. Michael Mitchell from the service department was excellent to deal with!
I went in for an overdue oil change for my 2018 Kona and worked with Sam. It turned out I needed a LOT more work done than I thought, and as a stop and shop employee on strike money is a very difficult thing to work with right now. Sam went over all the things I needed and why and was even able to apply discounts to help me save as much money as I could. I would 100% recommend going to him next time you need to bring your car in for a service. He was completely professional and kind and patient.
good salesman but after 4 cars 1 week tell u something this place is ridiculous.
My car unexpectically died and it was going to cost a lot of money to fix it, but I needed a car. I went to Prime Hyundai just to look around and see what my options were. Alan was great and was able to get me into a great, reliable car! Every person that I interacted with at Prime Hyundai have been amazing! But I can't thank Alan enough for making an experience that I thought would be so terrible, incredibly easy. Thank you for everything Alan!
I went in to attempt to purchase a vehicle. Worked with Allen Palmer who was absolutely fantastic! He was able to not only able to get me into the car I was interested in, he put a smile on my face.
