I went to Prime Hyundai on short notice because of a bubble in my tire. It was close to closing time for the service department, but they took me in and replaced te tire right away. I'm glad I bought my car from them.
I came into Prime to have a tail light lens replaced that they had to order for me as my vehicle is a 2008 Vera Cruz that still runs like a charm. It was a very busy service day and I had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes. However, they compensated me for the wait by reducing the labor charges. So all in all, and as always, it was a good experience.
