This is by far the worst medical experience I've ever been subjected to. My mother is currently at SRMC because her PCP works out of the facility, but we are actively seeking other alternatives. With the exception of a few gems, the nursing/technician staff is unprofessional, the facility is outdated and the patient is NOT a priority.
