Has anyone else been sent to a collection for services that were already paid by your Insurance company? In addition, I was double billed for lab work and my HRA account paid on Both ! Please PM me if you have had same experience.

James Bradley said the CEO Mr. Ruben Garza does not want us on the premises at the Lower Bucks Hospital. RecommendedJust about everything. Physical care and compassion are superb. From what I've seen, the whole hospital is the cleanest I've seen. Staff is friendly and helpful.
No one at this company seems to want to take responsibility for billing issues or possible scams. I got a bill with a huge error more than a year and a half after a procedure. I've been calling and calling every possible number to speak with someone about it and no one is getting back to me. The people I do manage to speak with simply tell me it's not their responsibility. I've had zero luck getting any help and am at my wits end. Someone, please help me!
cannot get in to see cardiologist.Was released from hosp. They said to see one in 5 days. that was Oct 12. Dr I was referred to cannot see me to Nov 13th..Said I could see a different one Oct. 29th..Really ?? This is my heart we are talking about..I am more then pissed

Nurses good. Administration cares nothing about patients only $$
They pride themselves on award winning quality healthcare but I know for a fact that at their Alabama location that they are far from anything close to quality. We spent 15 hours in-patient with no treatment for a migraine that had been going on for over 10 days. Doctors were not called even at our request. This is not the way healthcare should be run. When a patient requests for their doctor to be called they should be called immediately. I guess the patient is not top priority for this company.
I currently work for Prime Healthcare. It went fro bad to worse. We currently have a new Director at the CBO Denville NJ location that thinks is Hitler. I understand you have to remind people who the boss is but to go in and dictate instead of winning people and have no hear or sympathy for people and act as if she cleans her a$$ better than anyone else will get her no where!
