I recently had my first visit at Prime Dental, the Patient Coordinator and Dental Assistant were very kind and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated when making my appointment was how I was being heard for what I wanted to get done and the PC noted everything for the doctor prior to my visit. The service was incredible. I arrived with a tooth that was causing me excruciating pain, a 10 out of 10. The staff and doctor were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They performed a tooth extraction and a bone draft, all while being understanding of my situation and ensuring that I wouldn’t leave in pain. They were genuine and confident in their abilities. I’m definitely going back for my checkup and any future dental care I may need.
Doc was very thorough and fair with me and did very well with the amount of work I needed done. Staff was easy to work with as well. Pretty good outfit to go to!!
The staff was amazing. Dr. Lopez was kind and reassuring. Everyone at Prime made us feel welcome. Highly recommend.
