They do a good job for a bunch of high school kids. I get a little picky sometime but I try and remember that they have to do it so quick.
Professional, swift service
I will never use this Carwash again, I drove past Prime Carwash today on south Emerson when I was going out to pick up an Rx at Kroger and I noticed that they were open for business like a normal day and packed. I feel being open during a health crises like this is irresponsible and bad for your employees especially if you are still doing the insides of the cars that most packages you offer include. Prime Car Wash could improve by offering assistance, taking responsibility, and covering repair costs when they damage your car. This has been standard practice of machine car wash facilities for years- why they feel they are an exception is not known. We emphatically do not recommend- but might reconsider if they finally address our claim after nearly 8 weeks. Regarding the quality of the wash, the exterior (machine portion) is average, the portion done by hand can be quite good if given the right crewperson.
I paid the 39.99 and they cleaned my car. It looked clean and smelled clean. They took their time.
