Went there on December 16 with a party of about 40. Had the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life. They did not treat us like they valued our business whatsoever. Our waiter and manager were definitely not people persons. They should really find another line of work! Should have listened to the reviews prior to going here. Won’t be back! Rude, rude, rude!
The food was good. The server was awesome. But really, Prime, make up your mind. Either you’re a nice restaurant with nice restaurant prices or you’re a sports bar where you can’t have a conversation without yelling and you watch football on TV. You can’t be both. We had dinner with family and it would have been nice to be able to have a conversation with anyone at the table without yelling. Doesn’t make me want to come back.
We arrived before they even opened. Surprised the manager when he opened the door, but he invited us to come in. The cocktails at the bar were superb! And they had a table ready for our party before our drinks were ready. The wait staff was amazing and good spirited. They threw a sparkler in one of the deserts that really enhanced our celebration. �
