The food and service were horrible. The manager was rude. Stay away!!!!
We went last night for dinner and did not know what to expect since we have never been before. I can say that without a doubt, it was superb! Everything from the ambiance, the fantastic service and the food was above 5 stars. Every single person working there was so nice, and helpful. Our server was awesome. For about a week the manager at Prime assisted in a secret proposal for my best friend,the manager went out of her way to make this special moment way more than special. The evening went wonderful. And she said yes! Thank you again everyone at Prime who helped.

Had dinner last night with three others. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we were seated immediately. We had two servers both very attentive. The food was very good. We had steaks and one of us had the pork chop. Everyone agreed we will go back again. We were quite concerned going in since we had read some negative reviews. Our experience was very nice. Try it
First class service, food was outstanding, the holiday atmosphere was excellent, from the music to the decorating. Would definitely recommend the place to friends and look forward to going back. The NY Strip was perfect (no steak sauce needed) and so was my shrimp scampi (I counted 12 extra large shrimp on it).
The food and service was great. The filet was nothing short of amazing!
