The customer service at Prime is disgusting, the food isn't made fresh. Pissed off because I wasted my time here.
It was our 20th anniversary & had reservations for 7:30 pm; we told the hostess that we arrived early so that we could have a couple of drinks at the bar, to unwind. The bar experience was excellent...good service & delicious smoked bacon strips to munch on. We returned to the front desk around 7:20, so that we could be seated in our reserved table.
