Where do I begin! My husband and I were on vacation and a really good friend recommended this place to us. We knew it was a little pricier than we're used to but it was worth every penny. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to eat at Prime 112. And I'm sad I had to make a post about the mess that was Saturday night. TLDR: seated outside because a table inside isn't ready for our reservation, storms outside forces us in, not seated again because the restaurant is overwhelmed and overbooked - no table for us for at least an hour and a half after our reservation. RecommendedNice Ambiance! Everything was delicious! We had the crab cakes, Ceasar Salad, 48 oz Porterhouse steak with Garlic Mash Potatoes Oh and the Cream spinach was Excellent and we had a warm apple dessert. We definitely come back if we are in Miami. We were there on a Saturday we didn't like that it was jam-packed we had to force ourselves trough the crowd by the entrance... The hostess that takes the reservations were slow and unprofessional! We also had a 9.30 reservation and we had to wait 40 min. Greetings from NEW YORK
The hostesses extended a very warm and welcoming greeting upon our arrival. Our server Chris was very friendly and courteous. He gave us the right amount of space and had great recommendations. The food was simply divine! The braised short ribs just melts in your mouth, no knife required. The Grouper encrusted with lump crab meat was equally delicious! Very large portions. The atmosphere was cozy and quite energetic! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I have been referring to yelp for a long time to find new place to check out. Unfortunately, this will be my first review, because I must share the horrible experience I had at Prime One Twelve. I made reservations for my girlfriend and I, about 2 months ago. I wanted to ensure there were no hiccups, as we traveled from Chicago to Miami, to celebrate Valentine's Day and our Anniversary. Actually sucks. Overrated overpriced there are better places to eat for less $ and not b treated 2 class. They will be gone eventually as more people find the truth. Would recommend don't bother
Amazing food. AMAZING Steak. The only downside is the noise level.
