I had a very disappointing experience with this florist. I paid $300 for a basket that was supposed to include at least 12 orchids, as promised when I placed the order. I even asked the lady in charge if I needed to pay more to ensure that the arrangement included only orchids and lilies, and she assured me that it was not necessary. My husband gave me an absolutely beautiful arrangement of roses for my birthday a couple of weeks ago so I naturally ordered from Primavera when I wanted flowers for my friend’s birthday. Once again the flowers were gorgeous and the service exemplary.
