DISORGANIZED FRONT STAFF! I had an appointment today that was made weeks ago for 9am with a particular doctor. I arrive and the front desk tells me there is no appointment and on top of that, the physician I was scheduled to see isn’t there today. They tell me I’m going to see a different doctor, makes me wait one hour and proceeds to tell me my insurance is INACTIVE???? I had a wonderful experience at Primary Medical Physicians. I especially want to recognize Suny, Dr. Sandoval’s medical assistant. She is always kind, professional, and caring. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, answered all my questions, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. The entire staff is friendly and efficient, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding medical care.
