Where do I start front desk seems disrespectful and entitled…then the assistant seemed nervous to draw my blood and asking me where he should place the needle….as if that is not his job to feel for the vein in my arm and decide…took forever and used two of those blue bands to wrap around my arm to stick me…… I have never had this done before yet I was told this was the best place. I have never had such a great experience with doctor before I met Dr. Guadagna. He follows up with you after blood results, his staff is amazing and so caring and professional. I am so lucky to have this staff and Dr. Guadagna as my primary doctor. Highly recommend.
Poorly handled by the main reception to say doctor is free but when you arrive it is packed. Not even a spot to sit down
